A fantastic Vino Rosé Frizzante for the waning days of summer!

Fri, Sep 08, 23

At Bevy's Liquor World, our wine department is always thinking outside the box, looking out for new and off the beaten path delicious wines. Pétillant naturel wines are more commonly known as Pét-Nat wines. This is the oldest method of making sparkling wine. It is also known as méthod ancestral or ancestral method. This winemaking technique involves bottling the wine that is still fermenting to trap the carbon dioxide gas in the bottle, creating a wine with gentle carbonation.

Integrale Vine Rosé Frizzante is crafted from organic grapes and bottled at 10.5% alcohol, with no residual sugar. The bouquet offers an abundance of strawberries, raspberries, cherries, pomegranate tea, and rose petals. The mouthfeel is light-bodied, lightly fizzy, fun and refreshing. This is a natural farmhouse style bubbly wine with natural sediment in the bottle. Let it settle and pour slowly for a mostly clear wine or invert for probiotic goodness! Fantastic with cheese and crackers, appetizers or sushi.
