A great off the beaten path red wine!

With the new year, there are new wines to discover at Bevy's Liquor World. I'm excited to introduce you to this producer. Bodegas Agramont has created a stylish red for everyday drinking, that is also easy on the pocketbook. Navarra is one of Spain's most storied wine regions, and it is also one of the most versatile and dynamic.

2021 Bodegas Agramont Graciano Navarra is crafted from the mysterious heirloom grape that is also widely planted in neighboring Rioja, where it is often blended with Tempranillo. Aromas of strawberries, raspberries, wild herbs, and a hint of fennel and cedar notes. The mouthfeel shows beautiful focus and cut, leaning into darker fruit with a beam of cassis, plums, black cherries, and violet candy seamlessly integrated to the fresh and lifted finish. Aging four months in barrel has created a wine that is balanced and food friendly. A great off the beaten path red wine.
