A Perfect Summer Rosé!

Wed, Aug 23, 23

Château Saint-Honoré was the first estate purchased by Louis Fabre. He has taken great care of it by using modern farming techniques, and the estate is a natural marvel, with dense and luxuriant vegetation that reveals a remarkable bio-diversity. After 10 years of biodynamic farming, the estate now uses ultra-sustainable farming methods. Nestled in an area known for its shale soil, the estate offers a range of typical provençal grape varieties, suitable for making excellent rosés such as Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache.

2022 Château Sainte-Honoré Côtes de Provence La Londe is one of our favorite rosé wines in the store. Aromas of strawberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, fresh floral notes and a nuance of an ocean breeze. The palate is fresh and lively with a beam of juicy red fruit and melon notes wrapped around a beautifully structured finish. Enjoy this with a beautiful meal or all on its own.
