Hedges Family Estate

This week we are featuring some outstanding value wines from Hedges Family Estate in Washington. The Hedges family started their Washington wine journey in 1987 and became early pioneers in the Red Mountain AVA in 1989. Today the 2nd generation is at the helm, with Cristophe Hedges as the general manager and Sarah Goedhart Hedges as winemaker. Early adopters of organic and biodynamic farming, they continue to make superb wines while striving to be leaders in sustainable practices.

The Hedges C.M.S. Cabernet is one of our go-to choices for affordable Cabs. It has plenty of dark, ripe fruit but enough acidity and structure to create a real steal for the money.

The Hedges C.M.S. Red Blend is a touch more fruit forward, with all kinds of bright, rich fruit on the palate and hints of vanilla, cinnamon and cocoa. Be sure to ask us about their premium selections as well!
