Salton Intenso Brut Sparkling Wine from Brazil has just landed!

Wed, Jul 12, 23

The winery of Família Salton was established in 1910 in the region of Bento Gonçalves in Vale das Rio de Antas, Brazil. Breathtaking gardens and greenery surround the vineyards that are meticulously farmed, and are at the same latitude as the winemaking regions in Western Cape of South Africa, Western Australia and their neighbor Chile.

Salton Intenso Brut sparkling wine, is from Serra Gaúcha in Rio Grande do Sul. Most of the inhabitants are of German and Italian ancestry, and the cities there reflect this in their architecture, gastronomy, and culture. This is an amazing bottle, and the bouquet offers meyer lemon, apple and a nuance of acacia flowers. The mouthfeel mirrors this perfectly with a marvelous mousse and structured finish.

Enjoy this all by itself or a beautiful meal with friends.
