This is the Perfect Half Bottle of Wine!

Tue, Oct 03, 23

At Bevy’s Liquor World, the wine team is relentless in our pursuit to bring you the world's greatest wines at the lowest prices. We also go out of our way to find family-owned wineries crafting balanced wines that show their sense of place, and varietal character. Sineann Wines from Oregon are not for the faint of palate. Their fruit sourcing comes from the best vineyards in multiple growing regions, and they spare no expense or effort in the pursuit of great wine. Peter Rosback got his start in winemaking when he made his first Pinot Noir 1985. In 1994. He launched Sineann with David O'Reilly. Peter has continued the Sineann tradition and David went on to start the iconic Owen Rowe Wines. Peter is now one of the finest wine producers in the Pacific Northwest, as he is clearly passionate about making wines he loves, and it shows. Though Pinot Noir is still the main attraction, he has broadened his portfolio over the years to include stellar Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc wines to name a few.

2021 Sineann Oregon Pinot Noir is sourced from the Yates Conwill, Wy'east and Zenith Vineyards. On the bouquet the wine offers aromas of black cherries, plums, violets, rose petals and a nuance of spices. The mouthfeel is rich and offers a juicy beam of raspberries, cherries, plums and a perfectly structured finish. We were able to purchase this in half bottles, and the crew at the winery have dubbed this "pocket Pinot". Perfect for when you don't want to open an entire bottle of wine.
